Creche introduction:

Our one-group Creche and one-group Nursery are settled-down on the street level of the institution, in two adjoining rooms which are intimate and full of music and singing every day. The decoration of the room consist of toys, pictures of the children’s family, apple-trees, pear-trees, and seasonal decorations all around the room. This is what welcomes the children day by day. We are very proud of our well-equipped gym where the physical education and the some Creche and Nursery programmes are held. In the Creche, as well as in the Nursery, two- two well-trained , nursery workers take care of the children, who are committed to their profession. The cultural and national worth and traditions take place in our daily life, so we sing and play some musical instruments regularly. We are also proud of our vegetable garden and of our own anthem.

The doctor of the institute visits us in every month to check on the children and to give advices to the parents. The cooperation with the parents is necessary to succeed in the execution of our program . That’s why it is important for us to give widespread information to the parents.

Kindergarten introduction:

Our mixed-group kindergarten is part of the Delfino institute in the 11st district of Budapest. It is located in the greenbelt of the district and it can be easily reached by car and public transportation, as well. The toys, the sandbox, the garden and the vegetable garden give opportunity to the children to experience and to observe. The furniture, fixtures and equipments ensure that the children feel comfortable and these help them developing their skills. The well-equipped gym gives place for different gymnastic sessions and for some of the programs of the kindergarten.

In our Kindergarten, 4 well-trained colleges take care of the children. The leader of the kindergarten has university education in leading a kindergarten. The kindergarten teacher has university degree, the nursemaid speaks English as a native speaker. Their attitude and work help developing the children’s skills and create a benevolent atmosphere in the group. The dentist and the doctor of the institution visits the children regularly and gives advices if it is needed.

To prevent cold season illnesses we created a salt room on the first floor. This room gives place for sessions with the speech therapist as well.

With this method, the parents get up-to-date information about everything that is happening in the kindergarten. The Kindergarten carries the parents’ point and suggestion and the leadership of Delfino takes notice of it as far as possible.

The main part of a child’s life is playing tightly connected to learning.

We regularly organize cultural programmes and outings.

It is optional for the families to choose extra afternoon programs, which are the following:
